This site covers my vision on
how overseas Filipinos can become responsible citizens in their adopted countries while
remaining active players in the sustainable development of their ancestral home.
As such, the focus of this site addresses the economic aspirations of our brethren
"back home" and the academic, social, cultural, political, and economic
empowerment of our people in foreign shores.
In order to address the focus mentioned above, most of the information you find here are
"archival" in nature, i.e., they have relevance in our daily lives whether it is
1986 or 1996. Thus, I have taken the liberty to make available to cyber citizens the
voluminous publicly-available documents I have accumulated through the last twelve years.
I urge all surfers to look through all of the sections of this site. If you feel
that this site should contain something that would be useful and should be made readily
available to cyber citizens, do not hesitate to let me know by sending me an email
message.
Bookmark this page as its contents will change frequently often telling you where to go
for additions to this site. I hope that you enjoy your visit and come once in a
while.
